Danny's New Tattoo
This is what Danny came home with Friday night. It took about 2 hours to do, he said it was the most painful one that he has gotten, but well worth it.

4 out of 5
We were at the doctor wednesday for Brayden's 1 year check up........it was a little late. He weighed in at 22.6 pounds (50th percentile) and was 31 inches long (75th percentile). He got 3 shots and has to go back in a month to get the rest. While we were there we discussed his ears and whether or not he should send him to an ENT since he still has fluid in his ears. He did tell me that the fluid was a setup for an infection and that thursday he could technically have an ear infection. So was I surprised today when he started running a temp of 103.........NO. The doctor told me that we need 6 infections in a year........but if this one doesn't clear up fast then he will probably send us to an ENT before then.............Hunter does go to see the ENT for a checkup on his tubes the 31st maybe I will talk to him about Brayden then. The ear infection count is now at 4 in 5 months

Crafty Saturday
Saturday me and Hunter had craft time. We made a gingerbread house, and 2 ornaments. Well I guess I should say that I made the gingerbread house, because Hunter gave up on me 20 minutes into it. He put the candy one the front of the house, then he was done. He is a little impatient.
Our tree has no ornaments on it except for the ones that Hunter made at school or things that he has found around the house and put string on (all of this is hung on the top half of the tree). This is because I knew that Brayden would just pull everything off. We should be able to decorate maybe next year.

Visiting Santa Claus
Thursday we went to see Santa Claus, I thought that Brayden would not like it, but much to my surprise it did not even phase him. He is the most laid back child sometimes. Hunter made sure to tell him that he wanted a remote controlled airplane that he could ride in, so if anyone has that out there let me know. He also wants some magic for Bo so that he can fly like the reindeer. When we got to the mall, Hunter asked me where Santa's sleigh and reindeer were. I had no response because I knew he would want to see them. Finally he said, they must be on the roof.............ahhhhh to be 5 again.
Preschool Christmas Party
Friday was Hunter's last day of Preschool til after the first of the year. There was a game of pin the carrot nose on the snowman, a visit from santa claus and they exchanged gifts. Hunter got a race car.......they gifts had to be around $5. Not a lot that you can get toy wise for $5.

Happy Birthday Hunter
Happy Birthday Hunter. For the past 3 or 4 months he has been telling me that once he turns 5 that he will be able to do almost everything on his own. Such as tie his shoes, keep his room clean, buckle his own seat belt, etc..........he has also informed me now that he is 5 he will be going to high school.
The cake we made last night.......he picked out what he wanted strawberry with cream cheese frosting, I don't think he has ever had strawberry cake.I did the HappyBirthday, then he wanted to write his name this is how it came out.

3 out of 4
Saturday Brayden woke up from his nap with drainage from his ear. So we visited the clark memorial urgent care center. Out of the past 4 months, he has had an ear infection 3 of them. He has been so fussy the past couple of days, hopefully today he will feel better.

Last night
I'm very sorry to anyone who came in contact with my children this weekend. Last night around 8 Hunter threw up. Then Brayden woke up around 10 and I went in to put the pacifier in his mouth (turned no light on), feeling around in the crib for his pacifier. Need I say more.....I stuck my hand in a pile of puke. Anyways they seem to be feeling a little better today, not eating a lot, but most importantly not throwing up. Hopefully no one else will get this.
Danny's Buck
After 2 weeks of vacation and some serious hunting.......Danny killed this deer with his bow on thursday. This one is not as big as what he killed last year, so it does not have to be mounted...wooohooo. However the pictures really don't do it justice, since it is hanging in the tree they should have gotten a few pictures before they put it in the tree. Anyways the deer is still hanging in our backyard if anyone feels they need to come take a look.........good thing we live in corydon. Hopefully it will come down tonight when Danny gets home from work.

Can't forget the cake
Brayden had a combined party with his Mimi (my mom) and Great Grandma on Friday night. My mom's birthday is the 7th and he shares the 8th with my grandma. We waited to let him eat his cake until today, I didn't want himto be on a sugar high last night and not want to go to bed. It is safe to say that he really enjoyed the cake. Although I think Emily still put him to shame on the cake eating.
Happy Birthday Brayden
A year ago today, you were welcomed into this world at 1:55 p.m. weighing in at a mere 6 pounds 9 ounces and 20 inches long. I knew if you were anything like your brother that we would definetly have our hands full, and we sure do. You are such a cuddly happy little boy. Mommy, Daddy, and Hunter love you more than you will ever know. It has been such a joy getting to stay home with you over the last year, you are growing and changing so much. It's amazing how fast the time really goes. Happy 1st Birthday Bray.

Trick or Treating
We went to my sister's house to trick or treat. My camera was down in the bag that got left at her house while we were trick or treating. So needless to say I did not get any pictures of Hunter going from door to door. He only made it down 2 streets before he had enough. He is the only kid that does not get excited about receiving candy.......so weird. He did modify his costume for part of the trip. He put a devil mask on so that it would look like the devil had been eaten by the shark. It scared Levi.....wish I could have gotten a picture of Levis face.
Preschool Halloween Party
Hunter had his Halloween party at school on Friday these are the pics that I was able to take while trying to make sure that Brayden wasn't being a little terror with the other kids.
Brayden playing quietly by himself.....this did not last long.

Halloween on the Square
Tonight was halloween on the square in corydon. They have all kinds of things for kids to do pretty much all day. There were bouncies and the big inflatable slides, there was a little haunted tent, there is a big parade that goes through downtown. After the parade, the kids can trick or treat at the stores in and around the square. It was pretty chilly so we only made it through about half of the parade before we headed home.
Brayden on daddy's shoulders watching the parade.
