YMCA Soccer

Hunter is playing soccer for the Y this year. We weren't for sure how he would do since he has never played before, but he holds his own. He enjoys it and that is the main thing. Brayden loves watching his big brother play, and imitates him kicking the ball around. Here are some pics from his second game. He actually did much better the first game, but someone forgot the camera.........it was me of course

This past weekend, Danny took Hunter fishing. They didn't catch anything the first day, so they had to go back the next. They did end up catching 3 crappie. We also now have about a dozen minnows mixed in our fish tank, only one has died so far.

Great Wolf Lodge Again

A couple of weeks ago we took another venture to Great Wolf Lodge we only stayed one night this time though. We went with Uncle Phillip, Carrie, and Taylor, it was a good time had by all. When we got there and we were walking to our room, I thought our hallway smelled of puke. So I really wasn't surprised when Hunter woke up throwing up in the middle of the night. Needless to say our first day was the only day that we spent at the waterpark, we pretty much took our sick kid home when we got up the next day. For some reason I never get any pictures at the waterpark, I guess Brayden constantly jumping in the water prohibits that.

Park Fun

Since I have been busy painting, I have neglected the blog for a few weeks, here are some things that have been going on. I might add, that painting is now something that I hate. I hope to never have to paint another thing in this house. The dining area ended up being a complete nightmare with all of the squares having to be sanded off, which meant sanding the whole wall. Now all that remains is the kitchen, and one wall in the living room. The kitchen and bathroom tile is being laid on may 7th and 8th so that should be another nightmare trying to keep the kids off of it. I can't wait.
A couple of weeks ago we went to one of the parks in corydon. Brayden had so much fun chasing the ducks.

Hunter remembers........

Danny: Do you remember being born?

Hunter: Yes

Danny: What was it like?

Hunter: It was like a bunch of needles in my belly. Then I looked down and saw a bunch of blood on my belly so I cried.

Danny: Do you remember being inside of mommy?

Hunter: yes.............it was dark and there was blood all around me.


How weird.............I wonder if he really remembers.
