Weekend

This past weekend was a busy one. Danny was at Lake Cumberland for the poker run, which ended up getting cancelled after a boat flipped and there was a fatality (http://lakecumberland.com/). When Danny called me to tell me, he was pretty upset. They didn't know the guy, but his boat was right beside them last night and they talked to him. While all that was going on, I was at home redoing Hunter's room. Three coats of primer and two coats of paint. Needless to say about half way through I was ready to call someone and have them finish painting it for me. I will post pictures of the finished product later, I must say it is really cute.

Today I went and picked up Hunter from preschool, and took all the papers out of his backpack. When I was looking through them, I learned that a little girl that was in Hunter's class last year has been diagnosed with brain cancer, very sad she is only 4 years old.
